The wolf heard his thoughts (thus note his sacred power) and dug the hole wider.

Listening to every instinct he had, he drew his sword and backed away, closer to his shady rescuer.

He talked to link telepahthically: "You need not be afraid. We are allies."

"Well, are you going to just stand there or are you going to talk to me? Think your replies and I will hear you.

[Hero's Shade]

Hero Shade transformed into the Golden Wolf.
"If we are allies then maybe you could have helped earlier,"

Only now did i sense the importance of that skull kid. If I had known he was helping save Hyrule, i would have helped. I like to keep to myself. The fact that I'm not stealing food from you is already against my nature.

The wolf moved skull kid's coat to the hole using magic and covered it with a stone he made suddenly appear.

"Put his sword in the top of the boulder and then i will finish it with a spell."

Link regained about 70% of his composure, and complied to the wolf's wishes.

"Stand back..."

The wolf touched the sword with his nose, producing a shower of sparks that changed, instantly, the stone into a dark blue, almost black, film over the stone.

"This grave now cannot be disturbed, nor can the spirit housed in it..."

The wolf stepped back, noting the awed expression on Link's face, and the fact that the shade was thinking the same of link.

Link's undying bravery allowed him to summon up some words.
"I suppose that is a good thing. None of our enemies could touch him."
It took him a little bit before he realized that niether of nis new allies knew what he was trying to do.
"We came here to find Saria. If we can bring her and the other six sages together, we can use the power of the Master Scissors to defeat Ganondorf's army."

"Wait, who said i was just going to go with you? I was fine, mostly, before, why bother myself with these afairs?"

(Man. It would be more awesome if the Golden Wolf said this line)

"Because in a few weeks, our land will be literally torn to pieces, with no survivors. With the mage you saw, Vatti, and his counterpart, Ganondorf, ruling whatever is left. I don't think you, me, or this shade has anything else to live for now, but to stop it from happening. There is no going back. Just moving forward."

The wolf smiled: "Spoken like the True hero of time... I will come with you. Together, we can liberate this land of a great evil, two in fact."
